No permit fee included in this price. Installation includes removal of old water heater and installation of new heater in same location as old heater. Any replacement of shut off valves, water heater pans or pipe would be an extra charge over and above the standard installation cost. Additional charges may apply for non standard installations (I.E. heaters in cabinets and over/under air handlers in closets). Price based on 2 ½ hr standard installation, situations that cause prolonged service time beyond our control will be subject to additional charges (I.E. faulty water shut off valves, moving of boxes and other owner items to gain access to water heater).
